Rule 169
Leasing and Acknowledgment
(1) In accordance with this regulation, after the bid or bid for raising internal revenue has been approved, the local body or official who will settle the contract shall give notice of the same to the bid or bid within seven days.
(2) When the notice is issued according to sub-rule (1), after giving a period of seven days apart from the period of the letter, if the acceptance is not made within that period, a clear notice shall be sent that the subsequent tender or contract will be awarded to Dr. Kawala. If the person who is supposed to receive the notice is not found when the notice is issued, or if the notice is not understood, the notice will be deemed to have been received even if four local people, including one member of the local village development committee, are present as witnesses. But even if such notice is published in a local newspaper, the concerned person will be deemed to have received the notice.
(3) If the person appears within the period of notice issued as per sub-rules (1) and (2) and agrees to make a confession, the secretary of the local body that settles the contract shall immediately make a confession from him and give him the lease or custom. If such person is not present or if he does not agree to accept according to his acceptance, he shall give priority to other bids or Dr. Kawala according to the second and third order after him and issue the notice as per sub-rule (2) and settle the contract. If the amount is less than the amount estimated by the local body while settling the contract in this way, the process of this regulation will have to be called for again.
(4) The authority to accept bids or tenders invited jointly by the local bodies and to settle the contract shall, within three days of the opening of the bids or the tenders being called, submit it to the joint committee for approval or not. It should be done according to the release. The joint committee of the local bodies should also give a decision whether the bids or bids have been accepted or not within fifteen days of their submission. Due to not being submitted or issued within that periodIf there is any loss or damage to the local body, due to delay or carelessness, it has not been submitted or released within the deadline, then the loss and damage should be recovered from the responsible person.
(5) After the acceptance of the tender or tender, the total amount of the contract approved by such tenderer or tenderer, a performance bond with a validity of at least six months from the tender recognized by the Nepal Rashtra Association, or upon receipt of the cash amount, all the conditions to be awarded the contract shall be disclosed to the relevant contractor.
